Lost your password? Locked out of your organization?
Reset your password
Email support@trill.build from the address on your Trill account. We’ll send you a password reset link.
Please include:
- The email address you signed up with.
- The organization name, if you know it.
Can’t sign in at all
If you can’t remember which email your account is under, email support with any context that identifies you — an invite link, a past run ID, your team’s organization name. We’ll dig you out.
Losing 2FA / account takeover
We don’t currently enforce 2FA. If you suspect your account has been taken over, email support immediately and we’ll revoke active sessions + tokens while you recover.
